RUTH E. WERMONT, P.A.-C


Ruth has been practicing with us for over 14 years. She earned her BA from the University of the District of Columbia in 1987. She earned her Masters in Clinical Medical Science in 1999 from Barry University in Miami Shores. She became certified as a Physician's Assistant in 2000. She relocated to the area from Palm Beach county where she had been practicing Orthopedics. NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS AT THIS TIME DUE TO LIMITED AVAILABILITY. 

MILDRED "SUE" WOODRUFF, A.P.R.N.,F.N.P (Nurse Practitioner)


Sue was raised in Indiantown, Florida. She has traveled with her spouse who is a Career
Army Serviceman over the last 22 years. She obtained her Associates Degree as an RN in 2003 from Spencerian Technical College in Louisville, Kentucky; after spending 13 years as an LPN. She went on to earn her RN, BSN
degree at Indiana Weselyn University. She graduated from the Women's Health Nurse Practitioner program at University of Cincinnatti in 2008, and again went on to obtain her Family Nurse Practioner Post Master's from Indiana State University in 2010. She relocated back to Indiantown from Ft Knox, Kentucky in December 2014. Sue's experience includes Family Practice, Community Health, Hospice, and House Call services.​ ​SUE IS CURRENTLY ON ACTIVE DUTY IN THE MILITARY. WE HOPE TO BRING HER BACK WHEN SHE IS RELEASED.
​​LINDA F. DELO, D.O.

A native Floridian, Dr. Delo earned her BA in Biology and Chemistry at the University of South Florida in Tampa. She earned her doctorate in 1986 at Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine, now Nova Southeastern. She completed her internship and post doctorate training at Humana Hospital of the Palm Beaches. She continued to practice in West Palm Beach until 1991 when she relocated to Port St. Lucie. She has been Board Certified in Osteopathic Medicine since 1993. Dr. Delo completed a tenure as the President of the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association and continues to be an active board member.NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS AT THIS TIME.

MARIA CRUZ, A.P.R.N., F.N.P. (Nurse Practitioner)


​​Maria became an RN in 1994, Clayton State University.  She earned her BSN and MSN at Florida Atlantic University.  She graduated from the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Florida Atlantic University in 2008. She relocated from Lake Wales to Port St. Lucie in December 2014.  Maria's experience includes Family Practice, Community Health (adult Clinic Supervisor for Indian River Health Department), Urgent Care, and House Call services. She is married to an Army Retired Serviceman. They have 2 children, 2 grandchildren, and 2 dogs. Maria is fluent in Spanish. ​ ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS.



GRETCHEN GAEBEL, P.A.-C


Gretchen received her Masters degree in Physician Assistant studies in 2001 from the University of Florida. She has practiced in both family and internal medicine since that time. Prior to becoming a P.A., she worked as an athletic and personal trainer caring for our local high school athletes and fitness enthusiasts. She resides in Palm City with her husband and two children. MAIKHOI PHAM, D.P.M. (Podiatry)


Dr. Pham was born and raised in Houston, Texas.  She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Houston.  She completed a dual degree program and earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at the Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine, graduating in the top five percentile of her class, and earned her Master of Business Administration at the Barry University D. Inez Andreas School of Business, with high honors.  Dr. Pham completed a rigorous, three-year post-doctorate podiatric medical and surgical residency program at South Miami Hospital at Baptist Health in Miami, Florida.  She received extensive training and specialization in forefoot and rearfoot surgery, diabetic limb salvage, wound care, infection management, lower extremity biomechanics, sports medicine, and trauma management.  Dr. Pham is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.  She is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine as well as a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Florida Podiatric Medical Association. ​​ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS.
